These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://coralflavor.com (the “Website”), including our web chat, API, blog, and related services. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website.
CoralFlavor provides access to an uncensored AI chat system and related features (including, where available, an API, web search grounding, file text extraction, and Pro / Pro+ image generation) that generate responses to user-submitted prompts.
Bot / AI disclosure: When you use CoralFlavor chat or the API, you are communicating with an artificial intelligence system (a bot), not a human. Responses are generated automatically by software. CoralFlavor may also present marketing or product information about paid plans; that information is still provided in connection with an AI product, not a live human agent in the chat.
The AI may produce content that is inaccurate or otherwise objectionable. Outputs may be wrong about the world and about the AI itself.
Coralflavor does have some limitations, we do not permit CSAM on the site and we apply an automated filter to guide the model away from such content. “Uncensored” does not mean unlimited or lawful for every use.
CoralFlavor does not train on your prompts. We do not use your chats to train or fine-tune a CoralFlavor-owned model. Prompts are sent to third-party providers solely to generate a response, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI responses are for entertainment and hypothetical research purposes ONLY. Do not take action based on LLM outputs. Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice. You assume all risk for any reliance on outputs.
Blog posts on the Website may be written or assisted by AI. They are not verified facts and should not be taken as truths, advice, or official statements from CoralFlavor unless we clearly say otherwise.

CoralFlavor does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy or legality of AI-generated responses.
You agree not to use the Website to:
Image and PDF uploads (where available, typically for Pro) are processed for text extraction only. You represent that you have the rights to upload the files and that they do not contain CSAM or other illegal content. Do not upload files for the purpose of generating deepfakes or similar abuse.
You retain ownership of the prompts and materials you submit, subject to these Terms and third-party rights. You grant CoralFlavor a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your submissions as needed to operate the service (including sending prompts to third-party model providers). As between you and CoralFlavor, you are responsible for outputs you generate and how you use them. We do not claim ownership of your prompts solely because you used the service.
If you use the developer API:
The Website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued without liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoralFlavor and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website at any time, for any reason, without notice, including for prohibited use or abuse.
By creating an account, you consent to transactional email from us (including from addresses such as [email protected]), such as verification, security, billing, and other account-related messages.
If you opt in to marketing or promotional email, you consent to receive product updates, offers, and similar communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails or via available in-product controls. Opting out of marketing email does not cancel your account and does not stop transactional messages needed to operate the service.

You understand that the AI may generate false information about itself, including but not limited to its own capabilities, limitations, and policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that disputes arising out of these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Some prompts may require a one-time age confirmation in the chat interface. If you confirm you are 18 or older, that confirmation is stored locally in your browser on that device only and is not uploaded to CoralFlavor as an account field. Clearing site data or using another device may require you to confirm again. Confirming age does not change other eligibility rules or our prohibition on CSAM and sexual content involving minors.
