These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://coralflavor.com (the “Website”), including our web chat, API, and related services. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be located in the United States.
• By using the Website, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Nature of the Service

CoralFlavor provides access to an uncensored AI chat system and related features (including, where available, an API, web search grounding, file text extraction, and Pro / Pro+ image generation) that generate responses to user-submitted prompts.

The AI may produce content that is explicit, offensive, disturbing, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable. Outputs may be wrong about the world and about the AI itself.

We may apply a narrow automated filter for illegal child sexual content and similar hard limits where enabled. “Uncensored” does not mean unlimited or lawful for every use.

3. Entertainment and Research Only; Do Not Act on Outputs

AI responses are for entertainment and hypothetical research purposes ONLY. Do not take action based on LLM outputs. Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice. You assume all risk for any reliance on outputs.

4. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and files you upload.
• You are solely responsible for how you interpret or use AI-generated content.
• You assume all risk associated with your use of the Website.
• You will comply with all applicable laws.

CoralFlavor does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy or legality of AI-generated responses.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Website to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law
• Engage in criminal or harmful activity
• Exploit, abuse, or harm others
• Create, request, or attempt to generate CSAM or any sexual content involving minors (17 or under), whether real or fictional, including roleplay that sexualizes minors. This ban applies even without a “nefarious” intent; we do not want to normalize or desensitize society to CSAM
• Upload or process CSAM or other illegal sexual content involving minors in images or PDFs
• Use file uploads for deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or identity misuse; uploads are for text extraction / OCR only
• Distribute malware, spam, or malicious code
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at abusive scale, or overload the Website
• Share, sell, or misuse API keys, or circumvent rate limits, credits, or billing controls

We may suspend or terminate accounts, delete content, and report activity to authorities where required or appropriate, including for CSAM-related violations.

6. File Uploads

Image and PDF uploads (where available, typically for Pro) are processed for text extraction only. You represent that you have the rights to upload the files and that they do not contain CSAM or other illegal content. Do not upload files for the purpose of generating deepfakes or similar abuse.

7. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the prompts and materials you submit, subject to these Terms and third-party rights. You grant CoralFlavor a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your submissions as needed to operate the service (including sending prompts to third-party model providers). As between you and CoralFlavor, you are responsible for outputs you generate and how you use them. We do not claim ownership of your prompts solely because you used the service.

8. Billing, Credits, Pro, Pro+, and Refunds

• Free accounts may use limited chat credits. Pro and Pro+ subscriptions unlock paid features as described at checkout.
• Pro+ includes higher monthly image generation limits and character consistency (using a prior generated image in the chat as a reference). You can downgrade from Pro+ to Pro in Settings when available.
• Payments may be processed by Stripe or, where offered, crypto processors. Pro+ is offered as a Stripe subscription only.
• Crypto payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.
• Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees and credit purchases are non-refundable.
• You must cancel an active Pro or Pro+ subscription before deleting your account.
• We may change pricing, credit costs, quotas, or plan features with notice by updating the Website.

9. API Terms

If you use the developer API:

• Keep your API key confidential; you are responsible for activity under your key.
• API usage consumes API credits and is subject to rate limits and abuse controls.
• We may revoke keys, throttle, or suspend API access for nonpayment, abuse, or Terms violations.
• The API is provided AS IS; availability and model behavior may change.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued without liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoralFlavor and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoralFlavor from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Website
• Your prompts, uploads, outputs, or actions
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website at any time, for any reason, without notice, including for prohibited use or abuse.

14. Verification Email

By creating an account, you consent to a verification email from [email protected].

15. Generated Content About Itself

You understand that the AI may generate false information about itself, including but not limited to its own capabilities, limitations, and policies.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that disputes arising out of these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

17. DMCA / Copyright

If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, contact us at [email protected] with enough detail to identify the material and your claim. We may remove or disable access to material in appropriate circumstances.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
